The flat is embellished with luxurious finishings.
It is on the third floor (there is a lift) and it has a living room with a large and comfortable couch, a leather double bed and a television. The kitchen, which is combined with the living room, is completely equipped (it has a fridge, a dish-washer, an electric oven which is also a microwave, an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, saucepans, tablecloths and whatever else may be useful).
Here, you can prepare your own breakfast and lunch. We will provide you with all the products to use the dishwasher, the washing machine and the basic cleaning products. Furthermore, there is an iron and an ironing board.
The double bedroom’s style is minimal, characterised by different shades of white and grey. There is a leather king-size bed (180×200 cm), a large wardrobe, a television and a fireplace. The bathroom has a large shower and modern bathroom fixtures, including a toilet with a personal hygiene device which uses water. Personal hygiene products are provided. The security front door with motorised lock guarantees a high level of security.
Doors and windows ensure maximum soundproofing, creating a calm and quiet atmosphere in the apartment.
The electrical system is automated, lighting is exclusively LED and the window roller shutters are electrical.
The flat also has a very modern air-conditioning system, which is a multifunctional solution that guarantees efficient comfort thanks to its low energy consumption, since it uses air recirculation and electrostatic filtration. High speed internet connection is guaranteed by fibre WiFi with unlimited data. There is a safe too.
